officers required to form Anti-piracy Guards in your ships:-

These charges cover all liabilities of the Shipping

Companies with the exception of the following:-

(a) Whilst men are ashore at out-ports the following

allowances must be paid by the Shipping Companies to the

Hong Kong Government who will make the necessary

arrangements for the men at such out-ports:-
